Candidates who wish to cancel a testing appointment must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment as instructed in information provided with the Authorization to Test (ATT). Candidates must call the Pearson VUE Call Center as instructed in the ATT; appointments cannot be canceled by calling the test center directly. Candidates who fail to cancel the appointment will be considered no-shows, will forfeit all test fees, and will be required to submit a new test application and fee if they choose to apply for a certification test during a subsequent interval.
