2025 BMTCN® Passing Score Task Force

ONCC needs BMTCN®-certified nurses to review the exam and recommend the score a minimally competent nurse would need to pass the test and attain the BMTCN® credential. ONCC will host a workshop on August 18-19, 2025. No prior experience is required, but participants must bring a laptop or electronic tablet. Task force participants will receive instructions and guidance throughout the process. All travel and expenses will be paid by ONCC.

Please note these important limitations on selected participants:

• Members of the Task Force may not take the BMTCN® exam or Individual Learning Needs Assessment while serving on the Task Force and for three years after. Participants who cannot take the assessment during this time will be assigned a 25-point learning plan for BMTCN® certification renewal.
• Members of the Task Force may not endorse or participate in any review courses, publications, or programs designed to prepare individuals for certification while serving on the Task Force and for two years after.
